This quilt was brought to me for repair several years ago.  It’s one of my favorites.  It is made of cotton and silk with and oriental flavor to the fabrics.  It took some time to find the perfect matches to the fabric but it was well worth the effort.  (the is no charge for researching and finding the fabric only for the fabric itself)

Every damaged piece was carefully removed, one stitch at a time.  It was pressed and served as a template for the fabric that would replace it.  Then the new fabric is hand stitched in place with respect for its surrounding neighbors.
